It's an accepted fact that some of the best sandwiches in town come from J.P. Graziano Grocery Company in the West Loop. They even introduced a brand new sandwich just last week, a piadina. But that's not the only new thing at Graziano this summer. They've introduced a whole new gelato program, with the assistance of Pastry Chef Ben Roche from Baume & Brix. To celebrate their 76th anniversary, they're giving away free gelato tomorrow.

On Friday, June 7, the gelato will start flowing at 11:00. Head in for a sandwich and get a free dessert, or just go to mooch on the free stuff. Either way, you'll get to try pistachio and blood orange gelatos. While you're there, stock up on some Italian goodies like parmesan cheese.

J.P. Graziano Grocery Company is at 901 W. Randolph.
