Pencil This In: Everything is Terrible! At The Siskel

Their hilarious and frequently disturbing assemblages might be made up of footage gleaned from garage sales and thrift stores, but now that the Everything Is Terrible! is getting a showcase at the venerable Gene Siskel Film Center, they're now undeniably too legit to quit.
Tonight at 6 p.m. the group presents several shorts, plus their feature-length creation Doggie Woggiez! Poochie Woochiez!. The latter is a remake/homage of Alejandro Jodorowsky's psychedelic whatsit The Holy Mountain. Using dogs.
There'll even be an audience discussion afterwards. To make your evening fully satisfying, we highly recommend bellying up to the Siskel's concession stand beforehand for a popcorn and a $4 can of Hamm's.
The Gene Siskel Film Center is at 164 N. State Street. Tickets are $6-11.
