Divvy Bikes has proven to be immensely popular since it launched last summer and with spring in Chicago the hard sell for the bike-sharing program begins anew. Divvy stations across Chicago are restocked with a full complement of bikes and subscribers to the program are riding the ubiquitous powder blue tanks all over Chicago’s streets and sidewalks. (No signs of a Divvy on Lake Shore Drive … yet.)

April 21-27 has been designated as Divvy Week as a celebration of the program. All week long people interested in testing out a Divvy bike may buy 24-hour passes for only $5. (The normal cost is $7) Current members may receive 50 percent off frozen yogurt purchases at all Forever Yogurt locations across Chicago. New Divvy subscribers will receive a gift card from Chipotle good for a free burrito, a free burrito, bowl, order of tacos or salad.

Divvy ambassadors will be at select stations throughout the week to explain the program to interested users and answer any questions.
