Eagerly awaited The Northman, a cider-centric restaurant from the team behind Fountainhead, is letting diners get a taste of their restaurant at a series of pop-up dinners.

Six courses will be paired with six different ciders including Uncle John's Russet paired with roasted artichoke, arugula, shaved parmesan and lemon fennel oil. The Northman doesn't have an opening date yet, but they are excited to give diner's their first opportunity to taste what they will offer.

Dinners will be held at the Sunday Dinner Club Space (3361 N. Elston Ave.) on Aug. 11 and 12. Tickets are $65 a person and are available at Brown Paper Tickets.
