Lord Grohl Decrees: More Foo Fighters Tickets Will Go On Sale Today

What's weirder than Naked Raygun playing Wrigley Field? How about Urge Overkill playing Wrigley Field? Or Cheap Trick Playing Wrigley Field? Or the Foo Fighters playing the friendly confines?

O.K., the last two aren't so weird, but when you package all four bands together? That's pretty wild. So it's no surprise that when tickets went on sale a few months ago for the Aug. 29 show, they sold out lickety split.

So do you want to hear something really weird? if you didn't get tickets when they went on sale, you still have a chance—and we don't mean a chance to play some grubby scalper (read: Stubhub, where tickets are going from between $200 and almost $4,000?!) way too much for a seat closer to Cubby Bear (where the Foo Fighters played a few months ago) than the stage.

There will be a block of tickets going on sale this afternoon at 4 p.m., for those of you with fast processors and even faster refresh-button fingers. The tickets are only available online here, and they're $75 a pop. Which would be a pretty reasonable deal for the Naked Raygun and Cheap Trick. But throw in the Foo Fighters and Urge Overkill? At that price, it's a steal!

No word on whether Dave Grohl will be running across the stage at the show, or playing from a throne.
