Video: It's So Cold In Chicago, This Lube Froze In The Mail

By Rachel Cromidas in News on Jan 13, 2016 7:42PM

With temperatures in Chicago in the perilous singe-digits this week, it's hazardous out there—even for people looking for ways to, er, "keep warm" indoors.

Yes, the weather is pretty normal for January, but it's still hard to adjust. In fact, it's been so cold the past few days, this packet of personal lubricant froze in the mail on its way to a Far North Side home.

A dutiful tipster, who wishes to remain anonymous, sent us two videos demonstrating the fate that befell a free packet of lube that arrived with a sex toy purchase on Monday.

As the tipster tells it:

A new toy just came in the mail, and it came with one of those sample lube packs. Which was FROZEN SOLID. I didn't even know that was possible!

Neither did we, readers, though it makes sense, since many of the safest lubes to use with toys are water-based. Hopefully we all learned something from this.
