Whether schooling the president in an Oval Office putting match or shilling his fancy new line of golfwear, Bill Murray is firmly in touch with his love of the links this year. But this latest, lovably kitschy example might be our favorite: Murray and his brothers are reportedly opening a Caddyshack-themed sports bar and restaurant in Rosemont.

So we got that goin' for us.

The mayor of Rosemont said that the brothers Murray have a verbal commitment for 11,000 square feet inside the Crown Plaza hotel, across the street from the Rosemont Theater, the Daily Herald reports. So far no date has been set for the village to review plans, which would have to be approved before construction begins, according to the paper.

Noted Cubs (and Lupe Fiasco) superfan Murray and his sibs already have one location of Murray Bros. Caddy Shack open, in St. Augustine, Florida. Judging from looks of that outpost, expect lots of film memorabilia and Midwestern-sized portions of classic pub fare.

So yeah, it’s a bit tacky, and theme restaurants—even ironically knowing ones—are pretty overwhelming. But if any can warm our hearts—if only from a Pete Wells-ian perspective—this might be the one.
