Man Shot In The Stomach Near Millennium Park

A 21-year-old man was shot in the stomach near Millennium Park on Wednesday night, according to officials.

The shooting occurred at roughly 8:25 p.m. in the 100 block of S. Michigan Ave., near Michigan and Monroe. The victim, who police have termed "uncooperative," was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition stabilized.

In late September of last year, a 54-year-old man was fatally shot in the head near Millennium Park, in the same block of S. Michigan Ave.
