A 16-year-old boy, whose name hasn't been released, has been charged with first-degree murder, one count of attempted robbery with a firearm, three counts of armed robbery with a firearm and one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm. He's being charged as an adult.
Police are looking for three other suspects linked to the case.
The suspects are all juveniles but will be charged as adults, the source said. They told police they needed money and were out looking for people to rob, the source added."They were just driving around robbing and shooting, and when they shot this guy (Cisse), they panicked"....
The University of Chicago will award Cisse his posthumous PhD December 7, but no one from his family will be there.

Tony B, you might want to actually Read my post, I didn’t say that any body from Dakar spoke about crime being bad in American My Ex( American) who is visiting Dakar spoke about potential crime there.
But then again to actually read something before commenting is kinda "un-American" these days. And your internet link about Dakar is something my Ex and I have seen. Most of the crime detailed is "pick-pocketing, purse-snatching, theft from vehicles, minor assault, and burglaries taking advantage of unlocked doors and windows".
If you have traveled aboard, this doesn’t include Vegas or Disney Land, you would have a better understanding of what I'm saying, its about relativity, crime in Dakar compared to other places people visit is not bad at all.
But, only in America do we have children running around killing people, which is my point, so put down your red white and blue saber and think about that?
Oh and you are right about Jesse Jackson, he plays on the surface, which you should understand.
Its not the polices fault so Jessie and Sharpton wont have anything to do with this. No money to be made by lawsuits means no storefront Revs. If it wasnt for the sad death of a man who would be able to contribute to mankind this would be funny.

Navin is right. I sense his sarcasm. None of the people who ever get shot deserve it, whether they're drug dealers, pimps, gang-bangers...
But the CPD, when they get shot, it's their own fault. It's been a long time coming, with all of the abuse they've unleashed on everyone for years and years and years.
